Dwayne is the pastor in charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He is also a member of the board of the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is, besides being pastor, is enthusiastic about educating the younger generation. He sits an active member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of many online articles, and also a contributor in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing lives with God's changeless truth (eds.
