Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou born Beaumont, at Puy-deDomme, France on the 9th of August 1976. Audrey is the largest child among four children. Her parents encouraged her parents, a dentist and a teacher who both taught her to pursue her passion for the theatre. It was in stark contrast to an earlier desire to become a primateologist because she adored monkeys. At the age of a young lady the rise to fame was quick and accompanied by the beginning of her successes. After completing her studies, she was able to participate in Jeunes Premiers which is a French television talent-scouting program that was which was run by Canal+. There she won the award for Best Young Actress in the Beziers Festival of Young Actors. This led her to pursue a professional career as an actor. Tautou is a pupil of the Institut Catholique de Paris in Paris as a child and was a student there from young age but has sworn off her Catholic childhood. Now, she says she is not a Catholic. As well as her acting profession she also pursued a modeling career. She is also the spokesperson for L'Oreal Mont Blanc & Chanel and often called The Chanel Muse. In addition to her acting profession she also has an interest in photography. The actress recently showed some photos at Arles Film Festival. Arles Film Festival under the name Superficial. In her photographs, she is mainly focused on celebrities and fame. Cameras are focused at journalists, who sat and watched her as she rose to stardom in Amelie. Audrey Tautou's very first major role, as Amelie Poulain's lead actor in the film Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain, brought the actress international fame. Amelie was a global success at the box office and also won numerous awards across all over the world. It is currently the top grossing French film in the US. After this film, Tautou appeared in many films that ranged from British dramas to Jean Pierre Jeunet's long Sunday de Faancailles. Then she moved into Hollywood and appeared alongside Tom Hanks alongside Ron Howard in The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown.
